When news came out a little earlier this year of a forthcoming movie adaptation of Michael Bond’s marvelous Paddington Bear books I was very excited. But it seemed like I was the only one. Hopefully the release of a teaser poster will change all that. Our furry little Peruvian hero is shown in silhouette facing into the London skyline. I love it and can’t wait to see what is coming next in the run up to the 2014 release.
The film promises to be a mixture of CGI creations and live action – sadly though I don’t think that the Browns will be CGI and Paddington real. Now that would be a film to get very excited about….
